Football Question?
Right now Im 160 lbs and I chose to be a DT and OG and made it to varsity. I go against 200 + lbs lineman and its tough for me I dont get any game time but If I play jv I do because juniors at my school can play Jv. I was new to the team and I do everything right but I am not strong enough. and heavy enough. All the other players have played or taken weight training before and I havnet. Do you think I can get better next year. I am planning on gaining a lot of weight though out the season offseason and during summer workouts.
